week, hope you are enjoying this series which is kind of mindset     videos we are doing this week.  It is considered to be very important thing whenever it comes for achieving in whatever you want to achieve   . So today will be talk nearly hmmm again the another aspect of this inner game, that really separates the pros from, the not so pros like the ambitions. And again this is done with analogy but its any rare way . Today we will be talking about the beliefs and specifically I am personnel casualty to talk little bit about limiting beliefs and because we all have that . Limiting beliefs are the beliefs that detract you, detract you from your goals as per Fitter U fitness program.

wherever we have authorizeing beliefs which you know build us up and lower bears up and then prepare us to our ultimate finish. And there are Limiting beliefs, beliefs where we start to do adore our self or we don’t think that we will give it up or whatever might be that pull us back and do not reserve us to get to that ultimate goal. So how do this limiting beliefs come about, or unfortunately you know sometimes lot of them are ascendency because of our condition from a very young age by our parents, by our teachers, by you know the media, little TV shows whatever might be from a very young age. So believe in certain things, and this really I mean this is differs from family to family . Everyone has another(a) belief systems, and unfortunately we can’t prefer our parents some of the cases. Others are not so much great, some of them are amazing parents  .

Your parents tell you that you know it is of no use to work hard because people like you could not anything in life when you are staying in family household   . That’s a pretty limiting mindset, that’s a pretty limiting belief that you are going to adopt as you go through life. It is not going to give it all, your belief is not good enough, thus you do not deserve you know create results and great things in life. That’s just one example of limiting beliefs. Another belief might be another limiting belief might be that hmmm you don’t you know your parents may or soul may have a tradition to believe that you know pursuing things and universe persistent in following up with people and you know kind of nagging at them is a bad thing. Because you know you don’t want to, you don’t want to create and people don’t like that and that’s a belief that you might, that’s a belief that you get adopted.

Then you can have a tough time in following up, and persisting and being consistent with things because you don’t really worry whether people kind of attending people and you might you know they are not going to like you, you know. I mean these are all sorts of, all sorts of beliefs that can limit us, and then there are other beliefs that can empower us. So what I want to do   this video or you can press pause if you want someone should indite down three limiting beliefs that have held you back from your goals okay. Or you should write down three things just take a moment, take a couplet of minutes, write down three beliefs. Just see if you are not so sure a belief is really hmmm feeling about some certainty about something. decently so if you feel absolutely certain that you are not good enough to achieve whatever is, whatever that is you want to achieve and that’s belike a limiting belief. So write down three limiting beliefs you have okay.
